NAME THAT PATENT CHALLENGE

1. Open to legal residents of the fifty United States and the District of Columbia who are at least 18 years or older at the time of entry. Entries
submitted after the contest period will be disqualified. The contest period is at the sole discretion of Tucker IP.

2. Limit one entry per person per contest. Multiple entries are grounds for disqualification at the sole discretion of Tucker IP.  The entry must be public so that Tucker IP can see your response.

3. Tucker IP will select one winner within, or about within, a week following the close of the contest. All decisions regarding the winner will be made at the sole discretion of Tucker IP.

4. Winner’s are responsible for paying all applicable local, county, state, and federal taxes on prizes based on the estimated retail value of the prize.

5. By participating, each contestant hereby consents to Tucker IP using the contestant’s name, likeness, biographical information, his/her participation,
and substance of contestant’s entry for advertising and promotional purposes. Contestant agrees that no additional compensation will be paid for such
usage.
